We are Scaled AI Automation, based in Melbourne, Australia.

If you have a question about anything on this page, email hello@scaledaiautomation.com and it comes straight to us.

When you confirm a call booking, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and the message you write about your business. We also receive your chosen appointment time and time zone.

Your details stay in the booking form while you complete the steps. The website sends them when you confirm the booking. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you include in that email.

Confirmed booking details go into our client management system, hosted by Base44. The connected Google Calendar processes the appointment and attendee invitation.

We use this information to arrange and prepare for your call and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it or rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

You choose an available date and time in the website’s booking flow. Base44 and Google Calendar process the booking so we can reserve the appointment and invite you. Your time zone helps display the appointment correctly.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights on this site. Both are aggregate and cookieless.

We set no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own on this site.

The website is served by Vercel on a global network, so a request for a page may be processed outside Australia.

Website enquiry data is a different thing from client project data. When we build automations for clients with Australian data residency requirements, that client data is governed by the client agreement and, where we have agreed to it, runs on self-hosted infrastructure in Australia.

This page covers the website only.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@scaledaiautomation.com and we will act on it promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au explains privacy concerns and whether it can consider your complaint.
