A missing drawing trigger, an empty supplier response and a failed job-pack write are different incidents. We keep the affected pack held, record its version and check the target job ID before retrying.
We design checks for a run that fails, a run that returns nothing and a run that never starts. The care scope names the person who receives an alert, the information they need and how a held record returns to review.
You own the workflows and accounts. Handover includes the record identifiers, review rules and recovery instructions. No lock-in is required to keep your work.

Can AI prepare a construction take-off?
It can help extract candidate quantities and attach drawing references. We scope the review with your estimator and test difficult plans, duplicate revisions and ambiguous dimensions. The example does not replace engineering judgement or certify a take-off.
Can this connect ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify or Xero?
We assess the exact records and actions in your own plans and permissions before quoting. A drawing attachment, estimate update and invoice write may have different access. Naming the tools here does not establish connector coverage.
What happens when a quote expires?
Its date and earlier rate remain visible, but the revised estimate is marked provisional. The affected purchasing step waits for a refreshed source and another approval.
Does a revision automatically become a variation?
No. We prepare the evidence and the proposed impact. Your responsible person checks contractual requirements and obtains the required agreement. A drawing change is not customer acceptance.
Can we start with just the quoting process?
Yes. A bounded start can connect the incoming request, quantity evidence and review packet. We define what remains manual and what happens when a later drawing arrives before extending the system into job delivery.
Who owns the workflows and source records?
You own the accounts and exported workflow files. We document the drawing and job identifiers, permissions, review steps and recovery process so the office can understand the handover and revoke our access.
